By agreeing you accept all the communication related services offered by www.studioniyet.com. You can visit and make personal use of our site and services any time. The downloading or modification of the website is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide a correct email address and create an account with password at www.studioniyet in order to take part in services from us. Each user is responsible to maintain and protect their account for restricting access to your device and agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

While using our website, you may provide us with information about yourself, such as your name, address, contact number, and email. This may occur when you place an order or sign up as a Studio Niyet member or subscribe to our mailing list. We may also collect "non-personal information" (information that cannot be used to identify you) via cookies. These cookies are used to make it easy for us to identify you and the shopping cart with added products & services.
How do we use your information:
We safely keep the information collected from you. The information thus collected is used for fulfilling the order placed, or for further contacts regarding the same, or for sending you new releases, updates, events, etc. from Studio Niyet. we may also use the information for analytics and product development.
We do not disclose your personal information including mail/contact number to any third parties unless required by the law.
Shipping and Returns
We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. As you place the order the shipping arrangements will be provided on next shipping day. Generally inside Kerala shipments are completed within 3-5 days post shipment and outside Kerala deliveries are completed in 3-4 weeks. We deliver your books via Indian Registered Post or Speedpost.

In case if you want to return the book, we are ready to replace if the book is damaged during shipping or defective. We also provide replacement if the book is wrongly delivered to you or packing is incomplete. The replacements are provided only if the replacement request is placed within 48 hours after delivery of the book. The replacement book shipping will be arranged on the next shipping day. The replacement request of the book can be provided through studioniyet@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.
